You can place an order from our website at any time as usual, but please be aware that our warehouse team will be dispatching orders in line with our festive opening hours above.

While we do work with DPD and Royal Mail to provide the best delivery service possible for our customers, we cannot guarantee delivery timescales during the peak holiday season.

Information for Christmas deliveries and dispatching dates below:

Friday 19th December - Last day for guaranteed standard delivery orders to arrive before Christmas

Tuesday 23rd December - Last day for Next Day Delivery orders to arrive before Christmas (however we do advise to allow for an extra day due to couriers being exceptionally busy over the Christmas period)

Wednesday 24th December - Orders dispatched until noon

25th - 29th December - Orders placed between these dates will be dispatched on Tuesday 30th December (up until 4pm)

31st December - 1st January - Orders placed on these dates will ship on Thursday 2nd January (up until 4pm)

Friday 2nd January - Normal office hours resume
