The Inked Army XXL silicone ink caps with wide base are designed for the increasingly large tattoo needle configurations now used by artists, providing extra space for those larger magnums that can be difficult to use with standard-sized ink caps.

With internal dimensions of 12 × 22mm, the elongated XXL opening accommodates large needle groupings, including magnum cartridges with configurations of up to 67 needles. This gives artists more room to dip larger cartridges into tattoo ink without being restricted by a conventional round ink cap.

Each cap is made from flexible, odourless and non-toxic silicone with 1mm thick outer walls. The extra-wide 29 × 19mm base helps keep the cap stable on the workstation, reducing the risk of tipping during tattooing without requiring a separate ink cap holder.

Finished in bright orange for easy visibility around the workstation, the caps are intended for single use and supplied non-sterile.

Each box contains 80 XXL ink caps from The Inked Army in a practical resealable dispenser, keeping them conveniently stored and ready for use in the studio.
