1. Who can use Pay in 3?
You must:
- Be a UK resident
- Be 18 or over
- Use a valid payment card in your name
Your card must be active, not prepaid, and have enough funds for all three payments. Klarna will decide if you're eligible for credit.
2. How does it work?
At checkout, select Pay in 3 interest-free instalments. Enter your card details to complete the purchase. Klarna will divide the total into three equal payments.
There are no fees, interest, or charges from Klarna (though your card issuer might charge interest if you’re using a credit card).
3. Can I pay early?
Yes. You can pay off your balance early at any time using the Klarna app, or by contacting Klarna to pay by bank transfer.
4. Which cards are accepted?
Most debit and credit cards are accepted, but not prepaid cards or cards close to expiry. Klarna will let you know at checkout if your card isn’t eligible.
5. What if something goes wrong?
You’re covered by Klarna’s Buyer Protection. That means you don’t have to pay until you’ve received your items, and Klarna can help if there’s an issue.

6. When will Klarna take my payments?
Klarna will freeze the first payment when you order. Once your order is shipped, that amount is taken.
Payment 2 is taken 30 days later. Payment 3 is taken 60 days after the first.
You’ll get reminders, and can view your schedule in the Klarna app.
If your order is sent in parts, Klarna may set up multiple Pay in 3 plans—one for each shipment.
Want to switch cards or stop recurring payments? You can do that via Klarna’s app or by contacting them directly.
7. Currency conversion
Klarna’s exchange rate includes a small mark-up and reflects rates at the time of shipping or activation. Refunds may vary depending on the current exchange rate.
8. What if my card is cancelled or updated?
You’ll still need to pay your balance. Update your card in the Klarna app. If not, Klarna may ask your bank for your new details.
9. What if I cancel my order?
Each shop has its own cancellation policy. Check the seller's site first.
If you cancel or return your order, Klarna will update your payments and refund what you’ve paid. Use the Klarna app to report a problem and pause payment while things are sorted.
10. How will I get my refund?
Full refund: Klarna cancels the remaining instalments and refunds what you’ve paid.
Partial refund:
- If more than the balance: Klarna refunds the difference.
- If less than the balance: Klarna reduces your balance and updates future payments.
11. What happens if I miss a payment?
If Klarna can’t collect a payment:
- They’ll try up to 2 more times.
- If still unpaid, it rolls into the next instalment.
- After 3 failed attempts, Klarna may pass your account to a debt collection agency.
Missed payments might affect your ability to use Klarna again. Klarna reports missed or late payments to credit reference agencies.
12. Will this affect my credit score?
Klarna may do a soft credit check that won’t impact your score. But they do report on your payment behaviour, which could affect your ability to get credit in future.
13. Are there late fees?
Yes, if you're more than 14 days late on the 2nd or 3rd payment.
- Orders £20 or more = £5 late fee
- Orders under £20 = 25% of the order total
- No late fee if less than £1 is outstanding
Only one late fee per instalment will be charged. Klarna may waive a fee at their discretion.
14. How is my data stored?
Klarna stores your card securely for future use, unless you opt out.
They use your personal data for identification, analysis, credit checks, reporting, and marketing. Some partners may be outside the UK.

15. How do I make a complaint?
Use Klarna’s customer service page to chat online, or call 0808 189 3333.
You can’t take complaints about Pay in 3 to the Financial Ombudsman, but you can ask Klarna’s Complaints Adjudicator to review your case.
16. Transfer of rights
This agreement is between you and Klarna. You can’t transfer it without Klarna’s permission.
Klarna may transfer this agreement to another provider, but not in a way that affects your rights.

How do I spend them?
Sign in, open the Magnum Merits page and go to Rewards. If you have enough points, you can swap them for a voucher there.
What do approved, pending and cancelled mean?
Approved points are ready to spend. Pending points are waiting to be confirmed, which is normal for a recent order or referral. Cancelled points are ones that won't be added after all, for example when an order is cancelled.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
POST BREXIT: Orders may be subject to customs duties (payable by customer). Please contact your local Customs department for more information.
Delivery times and costs to Europe and Rest of the World vary depending on the destination and order size. The cost will be calculated at checkout. Express Service deliveries may be available at an extra cost, please get in touch if you need a quote.

Products delivered to some destinations may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the product is responsible for these fees, including import duty and customs duty which are generally requested by the carrier. Deliveries may take longer than usual due to delays caused by Covid-19 and Brexit.
Can I collect my order?
We offer a local pickup option for customers who wish to collect from Magnum Tattoo Supplies, Unit A Goddard Court, Goddard Road, Runcorn, WA7 1DX.
Please select 'Pick Up' at checkout in the delivery options.
Once you've paid for your order you'll receive an order confirmation email which is your proof of payment. We'll then notify you by email when your order is ready to collect (usually within 1-2 hours, stock permitting).
Pick Up is available between 9am-5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please make sure you bring a print out or a screenshot of your email order confirmation. If an item from your order is unavailable we'll contact you as quickly as possible to let you know.
Standard Delivery: For smaller items (up to 2kg) we use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery service. This usually means delivery will be made in 1-3 working days although this is not guaranteed. Bulkier items (over 2kg) will usually be sent using DPD (Next Day).
Next Working Day: This service is available for most items. Sent via DPD. Excludes Bank Holidays.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery: This service is available for orders made on Friday before 4pm that require delivery on the Saturday. Sent via DPD.
How do I cancel an order?

In the event of your order already being dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns Policy in the event of unwanted products.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
At Magnum Tattoo Supplies we try our very best to keep all items in stock however sometimes high demand can mean some items are temporarily out of stock. We update our systems as soon as this happens to help avoid any orders being delayed. If there are any products that you wish to purchase but can’t see listed on our website please get in touch using the form at the contact us page and we will get back to you asap.

The Da Vinci V2 x Negrete Pressed Magnum Cartridges are the result of a collaboration between two tattoo legends – Freddy Negrete and Bishop's Franco Vescovi. Designed for black-and-grey specialists, realism artists, and anyone who needs a tighter, more controlled magnum setup, these cartridges introduce a new level of precision to curved mag shading.
The defining feature is the pressed mag formation: tighter needle groupings that allow faster colour packing, smoother gradients, and even suggestive line work – all while maintaining full control in detailed areas. Whether you're filling solid black, building soft tones, or reaching into tight corners, these mags perform where standard cartridges fall short.

Can I spread the cost?
Yes. You can pay in three with either Klarna or PayPal at checkout. Your total is split into three interest free payments: one when you order, then one a month for the next two months.
Both run a quick check and decide at checkout, so it is not offered on every order. PayPal Pay in 3 needs a basket between £30 and £2,000. Klarna charges a fee if a payment is more than 14 days late; PayPal does not.
