Kay is a new sponsored artist at Magnum Tattoo Supplies, and we caught up with her to have a quick chat! Kay is MTS' sponsored artist of the month.
What drew you to Magnum Tattoo Supplies?
I first started seeing Magnum Tattoo Supplies when I was going to my first conventions a couple of years ago. I worked with Matt Youl at Painted Ladies, and he was sponsored whilst I was there. My studio works with Magnum Tattoo Supplies too, so I started using your products a lot.

We're huge fans of Troy's super smooth black and grey work, and each week, we love seeing the new designs he's created, so today we wanted to share some of the eye-catching tattoos he's recently made.Troy works from and owns Embellished Ink in Poole, and is a self professed lover of black and grey tattoos. There are so many exceptional black and grey artists in the industry that inspire Troy, and he is constantly pushing himself as an artist, creating the phenomenal black and grey work that he does.

Our Sponsored Artist of the Month this month goes to one of our pro team members who has been on the Magnum team from the beginning. This month we're showing our appreciation for Mike C Davies.
Residing in Liverpool, and formerly working from Lord Nelson Tattoos in the beautiful city of Chester, Mike has recently moved ships and now works from Stag and Bones Tattoo in Liverpool. Leaving Lord Nelson Tattoos where Mike has spent the best part of his tattooing career so far was an emotional time for Mike, however he's really excited to be working from Stag and Bones, and we're sure he'll really enjoy his new venture!

Our Sponsored Artist of the Month for March goes to an extremely talented tattoo artist who has been on our team of sponsored artists from the early days. This month’s Sponsored Artist of the Month goes to Scott Edward Wyness. When we first met Scott he was working from Lord Nelson Tattoos in the heart of the beautiful city of Chester. Scott has since gone on to open his own successful tattoo studio in East Lancashire called Alchemy Tattoo Art. Scott specialises in ‘dark art' style tattoos, creating beautifully dark imagery that is often haunting and gory. The subject matter of his tattoos regularly consists of things like skulls, women heads, ferocious animals, and horror characters. It’s the perfect content for dark tattoos, and suits Scott’s style perfectly.

When we first met Col, he was working at Lord Nelson Tattoos in Chester, and last year he moved over to Gentleman George's Tattoo Parlour in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
